Stay Connected With Sellers

 

There are different ways to reach out to product sellers, ask questions, and get customer support directly from their Mini Site.

Here are all the options available to you:

 

1. Follow the Seller’s Mini Site

Before you can contact a seller, you need to follow their Mini Site.

  • Find the seller’s Mini Site.

  • Click the “Follow” button.

  • The seller’s Mini Site will now appear in your Site Follow List (on the left-hand menu of your dashboard).

 

2. Send a Support Ticket

The most reliable way to reach a seller is by sending a support ticket.

  • Go to the Support Tickets section in your dashboard (look for the speech bubble icon on the left menu).

  • Click on the “Generate Ticket” button.

  • A form window will pop up:

    • Select the relevant Mini Site from the dropdown list.

    • Enter the subject of your message.

    • Type your question or request.

  • Click Confirm to send your ticket.

You can track and reply to seller responses from the same section. Notifications will also appear on the Bell icon when there’s a reply.

 

3. Online Chat

Some sellers enable live chat for quicker responses.

  • Look for the Chat icon on their Mini Site.

  • Log in with your account and start chatting directly with the seller’s customer service.

 

4. Social Media & WhatsApp

If the seller has linked their external channels, you can contact them through:

  • Social media buttons on their Mini Site.

  • WhatsApp integration (if available).

Click the icons and you’ll be redirected to the seller’s official communication channels.

 

5. Offer Suggestions

You can also share ideas to help sellers improve their products or services.

  • On the seller’s Mini Site, click the “How can we improve our product” button.

  • Enter your email address and write your suggestion.

  • Press Submit.

 

6. Ask Product-Related Questions

Some sellers have a Customer Q&A section.

  • Go to the Customer QA section on the Mini Site.

  • Type your question in the empty field and press Submit.

  • Once the seller responds, their answer will be published in the same section for you (and other customers) to view.
