Step 1: Create New Template

  • From your Vendor Dashboard, click Email Marketing in the left menu.
  • Select Create New Template to begin.
  • You can choose to Create a New Template from Custom Templates or from Customized templates.

  • Design your email by customizing layout, text, images, and brand colors.
  • Save the template so it can be reused for future campaigns.

Step 2: Manage Your Templates

  • Go to the Templates List to view all your saved designs.
  • From here, you can edit, duplicate, or delete templates.

Step 3: Create a New Campaign

  • Click Create New Email Marketing.
  • Fill in details such as:
    • Sender Email – your business or support email.
    • Recipients – select from your email groups.
    • Template – choose from your saved templates.
    • Subject Line – keep it short, catchy, and relevant.
    • Message Content – personalize it for your target audience.
  • Once done, click Submit to finalize.

  • In the Sent Emails section, view all past campaigns.

    • Engagement levels (active vs. inactive subscribers)
  • Send personalized campaigns to each group for maximum engagement.
