Introduction to Seller Coupons Module

The Seller Coupons Module in MyQRGuide allows you to create and manage discount coupons for your products and Mini Site.

Coupons are a powerful marketing tool that helps you:

1. Increase sales
2. Attract new customers Reward loyal buyers
3. Run limited-time promotions
4. Boost conversions

With easy configuration options, you can control discount type, validity period, and product applicability — all from your dashboard.

To get started, simply log in to your dashboard and click on “Seller Coupons” from the left sidebar menu to access the coupon management page.

How to Create a Coupon Code

Step 1: Access Coupon Creation

Go to your Dashboard → Click Seller Coupon → Click Create a New Coupon. 

Step 2: Choose Coupon Type

Choose how the discount should be applied:

1. Specific Products – Apply the discount only to selected items in the order.

2. Entire Order – Apply the discount to the complete order value at checkout.

• Products – Select the products from the list to apply the coupon when the discount type is set to “Specific Products.”

  

Step 3: Enter Coupon Code

Create a unique coupon code (e.g., SAVE10, FESTIVE20).

This is the code customers will enter during checkout.

Step 4: Set Discount Type

Select the discount type:

1. Percentage Discount – Applies a percentage reduction to the price (e.g., 10%).

2. Fixed Amount Discount – Deducts a fixed amount from the price (e.g., $5 off).

Then, enter the discount value accordingly.

Step 5: Set Validity Dates

Select Coupon Duration:

1. Start Date

2. End Date

This allows you to control limited-time promotions.

Step 6: Save Coupon

Click Save to activate your coupon.

Your coupon will now appear in the Seller Coupons list.

Manage and Control Your Coupons

Once created, you can manage all coupons from the Seller Coupons page.

You can view:

1. Coupon Code
2. Discount Type
3. Validity Period

Use the Actions button beside each coupon to:

1. Edit

2. Delete

This gives you full control over your promotions.

Add Coupons to Your Minisite

To promote your discount:

1. Copy the coupon code.
2. Add it to your Minisite banner, product description, or promotional section.

Displaying coupons clearly increases customer engagement and encourages purchases.
