Post-Purchase Experience for Amazon and Marketplace Sellers

After a marketplace checkout, a Smart QR™ on the product can open the brand’s own Product Experience — guides, support, and warranty — inside that marketplace’s policies, privacy rules, and the customer’s consent.

Checkout stays there The marketplace owns the order relationship
The product is yours A Smart QR on the unit can open your support and warranty
Policy first Flows must follow that marketplace’s rules and customer consent

After marketplace checkout

The marketplace sold the unit. You still own the product experience.

Amazon and other marketplaces own the checkout relationship. They do not have to be the only place a customer can get help once the box is open. A Smart QR™ on the product can open your Product Experience.

That is allowed only inside that marketplace’s rules, privacy requirements, and the customer’s consent. MyQRGuide does not collect marketplace account identities. Support and warranty on the Mini Site are the brand’s own flows — not a scrape of the marketplace account, and not an automatic marketplace listing tool.

What you can offer

Help on the product you shipped

  • Smart Guides and support on the product’s own page
  • Warranty registration the customer chooses to submit to you (included on Free)
  • Product Intelligence from scans and that page — not from the marketplace’s buyer list
  • Loyalty or offers only after help, and only with consent

What you should not claim

A QR does not replace marketplace policy

  • Do not promise that a QR bypasses marketplace messaging rules
  • Do not promise you will always know who bought the unit on Amazon
  • If the customer never scans, you may have no post-purchase signal at all
  • Discoverability of a public Mini Site is not a ranking or recommendation guarantee
