This Refund & Billing Policy applies to annual seller subscriptions purchased on My QR Guide operated by Global Kingdom International Company Limited, Hong Kong SAR. By subscribing, you agree to this policy together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Billing model

• Seller plans are billed as annual subscriptions unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Payment is charged once per billing period in the currency shown at checkout.
• Taxes or payment-processor fees may apply depending on your location and payment method.
• Auto-renewal applies when enabled; you may turn off renewal before the next billing date.

2. Access after payment

When payment succeeds, your plan is activated for the prepaid period shown in your account. If you cancel auto-renewal, you retain access until the end of the current paid term.

3. Refund eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Factors may include:

• Time between purchase and first substantive use of the platform
• Whether the request is made within any cooling-off window stated at checkout
• Evidence of technical failure preventing reasonable use of paid features
• Duplicate or erroneous charges

Refunds are generally not available after substantial use of the service (for example: creating guides, publishing mini-sites, consuming plan AI credits, or processing customer orders through the platform).

4. How to request a refund

Contact info@myqrguide.com from your account email with your transaction reference, purchase date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing issues directly. Chargebacks may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.

6. Marketplace / vendor sales

Refunds for products or services sold through a vendor mini-site are handled by that vendor under their own shop terms, not under this seller subscription policy.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by an updated document version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.

8. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
